On this private, full-day tour, you’ll get to explore the Wadi Rum desert in Jordan, with a two-hour drive around the desert landscape. After being picked up from your hotel, you’ll be driven to Wadi Rum by your driver-guide.
As you approach, you’ll spot Wadi Rum’s towering cliffs and unique red sand landscape, which is why it is also called ‘Valley of the Moon’. On reaching, you’ll get a two-hour drive around the desert in a 4x4 jeep, travelling through narrow gorges, past crimson dunes and natural rock bridges.
During the tour, you can stop to take pictures at the set locations of The Martian and Star Wars movies. You’ll also see the Seven Pillars of Wisdom, the ‘Lawrence of Arabia’ spring and ancient holographic carvings and inscriptions. Thereafter, you can try local mint tea at a Bedouin tent, before being dropped-off to your hotel.

This tour is conducted by a driver-guide and not an official tour guide. The driver-guide will not join you while you visit the sites.
This tour can accommodate a maximum of seven participants per private group.
The minimum age for participating in this tour is six years.
Please note that you can choose between five options at the time of booking. You can select only the tour, a tour with lunch, a tour with an additional two-hour jeep ride, a tour with a camel ride or a tour for Jordan Pass holders.
