On this one-day tour from Rome, you'll get a chance to visit the ruins of Pompeii in the city of Naples. You'll be able to spend a day exploring the UNESCO-listed site and learn about its history. Please note that in case of rare inclement weather conditions or strikes during the summer months, the crater of Mount Vesuvius may remain closed to visitors. On such days, you will visit the city of Positano and have free time with a panoramic bus tour of the Amalfi Coast.

From early November to March, Mount Vesuvius is closed and replaced with a visit to Positano. However, it remains open during the Christmas period, from 26 December to 2 January.
