This tour will bring you to a former country estate, on a river safari and to a fish massage.
Your first stop will be the former estate of Sir Geoffrey Bawa in Lunuganga. Here, you’ll have a two-hour tour of the grounds where you’ll learn about the area’s history and explore the gardens. Next, you’ll visit the town of Balapitiya where you’ll board a boat that will bring you down the Madu river. Along the way, you’ll see mangroves, wetlands and the local wildlife. Your final stop will be a chance to dip your feet into a pool for a fish foot massage.
