Amazing property and location, quiet spot but very modern building, feels quite European. The flat is perfectly equipped, with everything you could possibly want in the kitchen. The beds are very comfortable, new mattresses. Bathroom is very clean, excellent shower, with great hot water, and a hairdryer provided. I personally really loved having a decent sized fridge, coffee machine, and a hob, so I could prepare my own meals. The owner was amazing too, available on WhatsApp almost 24/7, very quick to respond. She kindly organised to collect our payment and ordered a taxi to the airport at the end of our stay. She spoke great English too, so we had no trouble communicating.

If the lights fails ir the water, isn't problem of the hotel, it's the reality of the little island, but it's all ok.

I had an absolutely brilliant vacation in this apartment and on the island of Maio. Originally booked for two nights, I stayed a full week and did not stay any longer because my schedule wouldn't permit it. The apartment itself, while not luxurious, has absolutely everything one needs for a great Beach vacation. It is large, full of light, spotlessly clean and fully equipped with absolutely everything one needs for everyday living. The location cannot be any better, being a 10 minute walk to the nicest wild beach of the island, and 10 minutes in the other direction to the town's center. The large roof allows for unobstructed views of the sea, and I found myself having all my breakfasts and lunches on the roof in front of the ocean. Without any doubt, the highlight of my visit were the hosts, Alessandra and Ilário, who took hospitality to an unprecedented high standard. They are immersed in the local community and go out of their way to introduce their guests to the island and its communities. My visit to the island would have been way less engaging and interesting without their hospitality. Solid 10, and highly recommended.

I loved this apartment and with I could have stayed longer! The hosts are so friendly and helpful, arranging everything for me and even taking the time to walk me to the colectivo station so I could get a cheaper ride back to the airport than possible with a taxi. The apartment itself has everything you need and there is a great grocery store around the corner, plus countless good restaurants and coffee shops in east walking distance. You get all the benefit of Santa Maria’s amenities without feeling cloistered in a resort.

Die Unterkunft Apto Morabeza T2 Praia ist gelegen im Bezirk Palmarejo in Praia, 500 m von Cabo Verde University, 2,6 km von Maria Pia Lighthouse und 2,7 km von Jean Piaget University of Cape Verde... The apartment is spacious, quiet and 2 minutes walk to supermarkets and restaurants. The wifi is good and there is Netflix. It’s in a nice neighbourhood with a local feel to it. As such, restaurants are very reasonably priced as they are not tourist traps. Above all, the couple that runs the apartment, Sandra and Ricardo, are so caring and attentive to any need or question you might have. They are wonderful, charming hosts! I would definitely return.
