I knew this place would be next to the mangroves, but I did NOT expect the mangroves to be right next to the open-air common area outside our room! And there's a short 1-2 minute walkway through the mangroves, leading to the river where you can go kayaking and even waterbiking (though there's only one bike). What a beautiful experience to sleep to the sounds of nature and wake up to the birds chirping. I also saw some strange possum/lemur-like animal climbing through the trees while I was having breakfast!

Enly is a great host and is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are set back off the street keeping the street noise to a minimum. The location is perfect, located half-way between the center and the lake. The rooms are large and bright and I found the bed quite comfortable. Free parking is also great and very rare to find in San Pedro. Another plus is that there's a great ramen restaurant accros the street ran by a Japanese expat.
