I like that the location was central and has all kind of shops nearby. I also liked that it was quite easy to get from the location to the beach, the facility had a back door that can be accessed using the key and lead all the way from the back of facility to the beach without the need to go all over the facility which is quite big in size, we just crossed the pool area. Nearby were plenty of restaurants including inside the facility. The apartment was great and has 2 teraces. We used them espeacilly in the evening to sit for a chat and a drink.

Huge apartment, best location at the beach, quiet enough and walking distance to everything. Staff were super friendly, helpful and quick to respond via messages and in person. Everything was spotlessly clean. The place was also secure since it was on the second floor above traffic with a locked door at the building entrance.

Pools were great - heated pools are really warm. The view from the pools is great. Very clean. Kids pool is very nice, kids loved it and also very convenient sunbed area for the parents to be there and keep an eye on them. The ocean view is really nice, both from the room balcony and by the pools. Food was great and there was lots of choices. Personnel was very friendly and polite.

Questo hotel in stile coloniale sulla Costa Adeje vanta una lussuosa spa e una splendida vista sull'Oceano Atlantico. Offre 5 piscine, circondate da terrazze solarium e giardini. I cannot say enough good things about our stay. We were in a villa with jacuzzi & had a fantastic sleep every night thanks to the huge cloud soft bed & blackout blinds. The view from our terrace was fabulous. The room was very clean. The staff were all so friendly and we loved the little touches - a glass of bubbles on arrival, giving out watermelon by the pool etc. One thing I loved about this hotel is that unlike lots of other resorts, there were plenty of sun loungers so we didn’t feel like we had to compete for space. We loved the pool area, which felt like it was set in a garden - lots of trees and greenery etc and the cocktails from the pool bar are reasonably priced. We enjoyed the pools so much that we barely left the hotel. We were very impressed with the breakfast & had an enjoyable meal in the property’s Italian restaurant one night too. The location is a bit further out so we had a long walk or an e scooter ride to restaurants etc. The beach is a short walk down a big hill but that wasn’t a problem for us.
