Lovely Erica at reception. Voldy at the pool always had a smile- extra towels, sunscreen. Tennis court has pickleball lines too. In pristine condition. Easy sign up sheet. Change over/ room care teams are thorough and efficient. With crisp white cotton sheets. Pillows are soft. Ice machine working well. Grounds beautifully maintained. Lovely new logos and stickers - little touches do matter. Just look at how many guests are repeat customers - that says it all.

This Montauk motel is opposite the beach, and boat rentals are available a mile away at Fort Pond. The Hither Hills State Park is located 3 miles from the property. Beautiful, spacious and very well equipped room. We immediately felt very comfortable. Wonderful view of the ocean. Staff very courteous and friendly

This is a little gem of a place. I loved the laid back and quiet vibes with a tiny beach of your own. The view of the bay are stunning and the hotel is very sweet, tidy and relaxed. Just what I needed.

Traveling with our dog, we were touched by the thoughtful gesture of providing him with his own bed and bowls, which made us feel right at home. Every detail added to the sense of comfort and care.
