Options of pool and beach were much appreciated with the warm weather. Short walk to main attractions and beach bars and restaurants.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need. One bedroom offers a beautiful direct sea view, while the main bedroom has a side sea view. The beach is literally right in front of the building! Communication with the landlords was excellent—they were accommodating, open to agreements, and very generous. We highly recommend this place!

The apartment was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The highlight, without question, was the private heated jacuzzi—perfect after a day of exploring. The location couldn’t be better. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to Kolovare Beach and about a 15-minute stroll to Zadar’s old town. Having shops and restaurants nearby made it really convenient, yet the neighborhood still felt peaceful. What really stood out was the warm hospitality. The host was kind, welcoming, and made sure everything went smoothly—from arrival to check-out. Overall, Apartment Karuzz felt like a home away from home. It’s perfect for couples or small families wanting a cozy, clean, and well-located spot in Zadar. I’d definitely stay here again.

We had everything we needed for our stay. Located near the beach. Walking distance from the city center/Old Town (about 15 min). Dino, our host was incredible. He made sure we had everything, did regular check-ups and he made us feel at home. He gave great recommendations regarding restaurants and we could ask him anything if we needed some help/information. If you're thinking about renting this accommodation. Please do so. You will not regret it.
