The staff was always very helpful and informative. Easy to communicate via the local app. The villa was amazing - spacious, clean, we really enjoyed the private pool and lounge area on the outside. Breakfast offers a nice mix of local and international options. We also tried both restaurants on the premises for dinner and enjoyed the food both local balinese/Indonesian options available, good quality. The Tapa bistro has a happy hour, which was great value and good drinks. The hotel offers free transfers around the area, which was very convenient. The local spa was really great, we had a couples massage and were really happy with the experience.

Escape to the Garden of Bali at The St. Regis Bali Resort, a beachfront haven of luxury nestled along the pristine sands of Nusa Dua. Loved the helpfulness of staff. The service standards are very high. Overall ambience of the hotel was exceptional with many eating options. Breakfast was also excellent. Beach area was very nice with regular buggy ride back and forth. Another great thing was the complimentary pick and drop from/ to the airport - very few hotels offer this, so definitely a plus.

A relaxing Balinese getaway awaits guests at The Grand Bali Nusa Dua, 20 minutes’ drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport. It features an outdoor pool and a spa. I informed them that it’s our first wedding anniversary and they came thru! They upgraded our room and gave us a lovely surprise in the room. 💖 Also… Big room, big bathroom, comfortable bed, good breakfast, very clean place. Many shops and spas near the area. Although not beachfront, they offer shuttle service to the beach every 2 hours. Very helpful staff.
