The entrance is a bit underwhelming going around the back of the building but once activating the code lock and going upstairs to the apartment all was in order. The apartment of itself was roomy light and with a walk in shower with choice of 2 shower heads. Air con is simple to use although I enjoyed opening the sliding window to let in the air - safe to do so as there is a high glass retainer on the outside. Also there is an electric black out curtain that keeps out the early morning sun Also very appreciated was the free Netflix and set to English language. there were various other TV apps but I did not investigate them. The fridge is stocked and re-stocked with bottles of water Breakfast is down in the ground floor coffee shop and there is an extensive menu with large portions - very good value Close to an area of high class shopping and good eareries, and only a short walk to the old town. All in all a very good stay, friendly staff and quality accommodation. Colleagues chose to stay elswhere and having had a look we all will be staying there on our next visit.

Struttura moderna situata al quinto piano di un condominio, in cima ad una altura con una bella vista sulla citta. Check in da fare in autonomia, semplice ed intuitivo. Abbiamo trovato netflix, 2 bottiglie di acqua, i prodotti per la doccia necessari per chi viaggia in aereo e anche due adattatori per le prese di corrente italiane. Esperienza piacevole!

Baret is a super nice guy. The stay was perfect in this tradional house, as expected from the description. Accommodation was good, with plenty of books to read and very clean. Where do you find such in the middle of the village !!

Very good accommodation in the heart of Nicosia. First of all, it's perfectly spotted: in less than a 5-minute walk you can get to Phaneromenis Church, Ledras Street, Ledras Border (to the Northern area), supermarket, restaurants, and shops. The self-check-in is pretty easy, you'll receive instructions before your arrival. It's a small bath-and-bedroom apartment on the second floor (just stairs), very clean and comfortable. The bed is soft and basic furniture is enough for travelers. The Internet is pretty good. The bathroom is well equipped, just had a little fight with the shower, but got hot water at the end (the owner gave me instructions in messages on how to handle it). The price is common for this level of accommodation all over Cyprus (a little bit more than most southern European destinations, but still very affordable). Highly recommend it.

Spazio carino,minimale,ordinato,pulito. Letto comodo. Posizione magnifica nel centro di Nicosia turca,proprio di fronte la moschea principale. Fatma,la proprietaria,è stata gentile e solerte. Gul,la sua aiutante,magnifica.
