The place was very clean and exactly matched the photos. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly couple. They offered us coffee and juice on the rooftop upon arrival. Gave us recommendations for places to see and restaurants. Breakfast was also served on the beautiful rooftop just above our apartment. They found out it was my birthday and surprised me with a candle on a waffle and singing. Overall it was very memorable experience.

Giuseppe was an amazing host. He was super friendly to engage with. My wife and I ended up chatting with him for an hour outside by the pool getting to learn more about the property, his life and family. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the Bnb. While we were not directly in Noto (15 min drive), it was nice to be away from the action and close the vendicare (beautiful nature reserve for walking by the ocean), just a 5 min drive away. Breakfast was great, full spread of pastries, cheeses, meats, fruit, yogurt and cappucino. would highly recommend stay here!

Positioned in a Quiet area and not so far from the center, easily reachable within 5 minutes walking. Nice terrace in the common area to enjoy your meals or simply enjoy the sunrise/sunset vibes. A fridge is available in the room, with complimentary water. Room tidy and clean with your own bathroom and a little balcony facing the plaza to dry your wet clothes/sea towels. the room is very pretty and modern, everything top clean, the bed so comfy, you do not want to leave it! The little bag filled with delicious biscuits await you upon arrival and even bottled water is for free. breakfast on the rooftop is fantastic, lots of choices, you are even asked the evening before which type of croissant you prefer( and there are many in Sicily) - father and daughter very attentive and helpful, knowing a lot about the incredible town of Noto
