A quant little boutique homestay with nice tatami beds and great views of the ancient city both during the day and a magnificent views at night. The operator was very helpful and gave us very good tips on touring the city.

She also very kindly helped me a lot it’s my route and knowledge about surroundings, where to go and what to visit - this is the best part for me since I prefer to ask locals about some small hints during my travel. I stayed there for two nights and I was totally satisfied with everything. Even dough the location of hotel is little bit far from the entry of a park, there isn’t a problem - you can always take a didi taxi with will take around 5-6 minutes to the city centre. Also, Rebecca was super kind to drop me to the centre twice. Highly recommend this place to stay, all the best to the beautiful family running this small business 🫰🏻

Really nice, friendly and helpful staff! The room and the bed were comfortable, everything was clean. I recommend 100% ☺️

At Zhangjiajie Walishanfang Guest Hous every room is fitted with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Really convenient location not far from the entry of the national park and with very good restaurant near Wally House (recommended by Wally). Wally gave us really good advice to visit the park 👌🏽🙏🏼

All units feature a private bathroom, a hair dryer and bed linen. The hotel facilities  were nice. It has a clean, nice swimming pool, the staff were amazing guys. The location was also nice. One of the Zhangjiaje national park's entrances is in just a 3-minute walk.  They serve for the breakfast rice  noodle soup, which is Hunan's best dish, and also good coffee and many more.  View from the hotel room was spectacular. You can see the beauty of the Zhangjiaje mountains right from the hotel room terrace. The double deluxe room has a nice terrace and also has a bath on it.  The Main thing is that Tim, the hotel manager, is the almost only one who speaks English in the region, and he managed everything for guests. If you need help of booking national park's sightseeing tickets, taxi or other things he's always willing to help. The other hotel guys were also helpful, polite, nice guys. Room was comfortable, room facilities also were very good. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel.

This recently renovated bed and breakfast is located 18 km from Tianmenshan National Forest Park and 23 km from Huangshi Village. The bed and breakfast features family rooms. We chose this hotel for the location as it is near the Zhangjiajie West train station but the staff that really made this hotel a superb experience. so very friendly and efficient and took us to the train station twice and back with no extra charge. We felt really welcomed and felt so taken care of it is really amazingly sweet. We would stay here again if given the chance and will definitely recommend this place to anybody. 5 stars all the way.

The Innkeepers are very helpful that will go to such extend as helping carry luggages up and down to fifth story, reference to good restaurants with member discount and also booking show with prime seats.
