The building feels safe and the code key entry system works perfectly. The room was spacious and clean. The management/owner is very responsive and kind. I do recommend staying here.

Just around the corner from the town piazza. We had a very nice room, big enough for 2 person. Appreciated a comfortable sofa chair and small table in the room. Also a nicely filled mini bar fridge and tasty welcome cookies. Everything at this small hotel is made with attention to detail. The breakfast in the nice downstairs cellar is set up for self service and had a excellent selection! The owner and staff is very friendly and offered us to keep our luggage in the hotel until our train was leaving. Highly recommended to stay here for some nights in Domodossola. Grazie!

Even though we arrived earlier than the official check-in time, our room was already prepared and ready for us. We were warmly welcomed by a very kind and pleasant administrator, Claudio (I hope I spelled the name correctly). She was incredibly friendly and attentive. Before our arrival, she had already warmed up the room with a heater, which made us feel immediately comfortable. She also provided water, snacks, tea, coffee, cookies, and sweets - such a thoughtful and generous gesture. She explained everything clearly and made sure we had all the information we needed. The room was perfectly clean, and everything necessary for a comfortable stay was available. The cleanliness was excellent. I sincerely and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. We felt truly cared for and at home.

God beliggenhed meget tæt på Porta Nuova stationen og i gå-afstand fra centrum. Pænt indrettet værelse med eget badeværelse. Fik lov at efterlade bagage til senere efter check-out.

Super clean..Lovely style (those floors!!)… easy check-in and excellent communication… water/fridge and coffee maker a nice amenity …great value! Highly recommend!!

We had the 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms on the top floor which had a spectacular view of the rolling hills of Barolo. A nice kitchen for breakfasts and the parking is perfect.
