Upon nine attempt, the URL never would open through the Booking app
The taxi driver called the number provided and someone gave him a bogus street number. The number given through the app went to a recording.
I used the booking app and found a great hotel…would never recommend this organization…they seemed to care more about expressing their opinions than having paying guests. They focused on not refunding my stay…I kept reminding them that I never spoke of a refund…merely advised them that they needed to work on their processes and procedures…since I never had the address, nor the code to access the keys…but their program was successful in badgering me to return keys and depart on time.
Such a wasted opportunity for them to enhance their brand.
Total failure and absence of professionalism!

The toilet functioned very well, and there was toilet paper and soap. The lights were OK. There was free parking right in front of the pontoon.
