It’s a nice apartment building with reception, they helped even our suitcase. I liked that we could leave there our suitcase till we didn’t check in and after we check out. They offered airport transfer with a good price. I made a mistake with the airport transfer, I booked on the wrong date, but they got me a transfer very fast even I didn’t book with them. Location it’s good too, close to the metro and the tram line. Down it’s a coffee shop where you can buy your breakfast. There are lot of shops and even pharmacy too.

The apartment was well-equipped and spacious for a small family. The beds were very comfortable and hats off to the staff who deserve special praise - they were very helpful and accommodating in every way. The rooms were clean and the location was excellent: small walk from Istiklal Caddesi. The building was situated on the main road so getting a taxi was very easy.

There were so many little touches that made the place special: baklava and Turkish delight in the room, face masks and hand wipes, beautiful decor, etc. It was a delightful place to stay and we wish we had longer than one night. Mustafa and his colleagues were incredibly welcome and helpful for our planning. From getting to breakfast, helping haul our heavy bags around, and arranging a hamam last minute, we felt so cared for.

Beautifully decorated flat with so many beautiful items, it was really like staying home. It makes your holiday feel like you are a local or you are just spending a few days at your holiday home. Needless to say, it was sparkling clean, nice beds, bathroom/shower was great, anything you needed was available. The location in Bebek was perfect, just a 5-min walk to the buzzing shops and stores on the Bosphorus. We absolutely loved it.
