It was an invitation to someone’s private house. The monetary interests of the host was not that prioritized. It was a home away home. The included breakfast was good indeed. Moreover, the private butler knows how cook and serve at the same time.

To be honest, I'm nearly reluctant to give this review, because I wanted to be selfish and keep this gem of a place all to myself! Property is located in an excellent and quiet street within Gulshan. The beautiful pictures seen on the listing is exactly how the place looks in real life. Beds are comfortable with adequate storage in rooms. There's wifi, air conditioning and water heater. And if you drive, there's even underground parking with 24/7 security. Given what you get - 3 bedrooms, 2 with attached shower, the price they charge is almost criminal! It's beyond value for money and certainly of a very high standard that you can benchmark against apartments in developed countries. Co-hosts Reza and Tanzib are also extremely friendly and really cool dudes in person. What more could one ask for?

The host and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. The shower was powerful and there was hot water. I slept well. The place was on the fifth floor so the noise level was almost zero.
