The location was perfect … the tram stop was right outside the front door, providing us with very easy transportation. All the staff … including Madeline, Sergei, Ava & Hassan were absolutely AMAZING‼️. They were extremely helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. We felt like we had our own personal travel agents. We loved everything about the hotel concept and the fact that we felt so at home during our stay! The apartment was clean, everything that we needed and more was included (towels, shampoo and coffee were all included), the apartment was in great condition to allow us to cook and to enjoy our time. The location is right above a grocery store which makes getting any essentials super easy. It is slightly outside of downtown core however with the Basel card, transit into town was a breeze.
