Just wanted to say, we had an AMAZING stay! The room was spotless, like seriously, you could eat off the floor (not that I did, haha). It felt super welcoming, too, like a home away from home. And the staff? Seriously the friendliest and most helpful people ever! They made us feel so comfortable and went above and beyond. Plus, the location was perfect for me since I wanted to go to church. I could literally walk there in like, 10 minutes. Seriously, 10/10 would recommend! If I'm ever back in town, I'm definitely staying here again!

I liked everything. The communication was spotless, the room is nice, plus I was lucky enough to be invited to celebrate family Christmas together. Traveling by myself in Ethiopia, I thought that was a very special and lucky experience. Chris and Saba were the best. They also will give you a lot of information on local spots, history and whereabouts.

The staff is amazing, very smily, friendly and welcoming. I almost felt like I am at my home. It’s a very convenient place, walking distance from airport , ATM and supermarket are available near by I was sad I had to cut my stay short but I will be definitely coming back. I highly recommend this hotel anyone if they planing to visit Addis abeba.

Teddy was extremely friendly and helpful with arranging transportation and a great tour guide. After I miscommunicated about missing breakfast, he was kind enough to offer me dinner instead. Kefetew Guesthouse is a soulful place. Beyond all my expectations! Genet, our hostess, is full of heart and a wonderful cook. I arrived tired, dehydrated, and with a cold, I left healed and invigorated. The place itself is a safe haven, away from the hustle and bustle of the outside, yet conveniently located next to a food stall, multiple restaurants and the supermarket. The decor is rustic in the best of sense, the bed is incredibly comfy, the shower is hot and the hospitality exceptional and unmatched! Many guests are return guests and I understand why. A very homey stay, like visiting family. I hope to be back.
