We had an excellent stay at Suraj Haveli. For the one night we stayed we were greeted with hospitality and kindness. The location was an excellent feature of our stay, where we were able to enjoy views of the fort and Jodhpur area on the rooftop. Additionally, amenities worked well (A/C, amazing hot showers). But the best part was certainly the family’s kindness: we were even made breakfast for our early morning travels which was the sweetest. We absolutely recommend Suraj Haveli for your Jodhpur stay!

The rooms are big and clean. The breakfasts are tasty and plentiful. The location of the homestay is perfect - a side street in the center of the island - shops and a few beaches and great restaurants are close on foot. For the more remote beaches it’s all within 10-20 minutes by a 2-wheeler. All the switches are labelled so as a guest you don’t have to guess or remember which button does what. There are even privacy screens on windows so passers by do not peek into your room. It’s the most pleasant stay we’ve had in India during our 3 week trip.
