The hosts are honestly the most kind people we have met so far here in Sri Lanka. Always helpful with every question we had. Bringing us to a restaurant with their tuktuk when it was raining, letting us use their bike to go and drive around Ella. They even woke up at 0330 when we were leaving for safari to help us with our luggage up the hill. If that isn't enough, the view you get with this accommodation are incredible. The best part is that you can enjoy this view while eating your breakfast every morning. A breakfast that was also amazing, with many different items and not the same everyday. Would definitely come back if I was in Ella again.

Will start with service and staff- amazing. So kind, friendly, helpful. Food - amazing, dinner buffet was great. Rooms were clean comfortable and had everything you need. Pool was clean, large and perfect. Value is AMAZING! We did the safari, 4 hours, by ourselves. I could not believe the price. In fact, the whole two day stay there is what we spend on a meal out at home in Bangkok. Just fantastic. And then we had a change of plans that meant we could not stay the extra night we booked. They were wonderful and didn’t charge us. In December! The busiest time of the year. Again, just stay here!

We were only here a short while but the stay was perfect. A very friendly familiy that run their guesthouse with love and attention. The room was big and comfortable, a place to sit in the front and the a bedroom attached. Dinner cooked by Suba is fabulous so dont miss out on her rice & curry. They arranged a tuktuk for us so that we were on time for the 4:40 train in the morning. If you come to Mannar, look no further and stay here.
