The place: an old building dating minimum back to the ottoman era in the same complex of buildings of the Nativity Basilica. It's its own entrance in a traditional compound still inhabited by the family who built it! Really nice to see the neighbourhood isn't gentrified or changed by mass tourism! It doesn't get more authentic! The renovation of the place is perfect ; while keeping the authenticity of these ancient stones it's really comfortable and has all needed features, even a kitchenette! The place is also practical for a business stay like mine for instance I was able to iron my shirt! In add to some little details that makes you feel the passion behind all the work put in, smooth music (BTW the place is acoustic 🤪!!), chocolate bars, Nespresso capsule!! 2.Location: in the heart of the city center And the old city right next to the Nativity Basilica, the feeling of waking up in the old town, having breakfast in a small restaurant is incomparable, also all needed shops, bus stations, ATMs are less than 1 min away literally!! 3.Host: Khader responded right away, I told him i'll be there around five, but had to work late and got to the place at 8! He was patient and comprehensible and even assured his availability for any needed help! I would definitely book the place for any upcoming trips in Bethlehem!

This is an incredibly cute place with charming details. The high ceilings and beautiful little balcony make it so peaceful & comfortable. The kitchen is complete if you wanted to cook, but with such good falafel & shawarma in Manger square just a few minutes walk from the apartment, you may not get the chance. As of early May 2025, there’s no war in Bethlehem, nor has there been in over 20 years. It feels super safe to walk around even as a solo female traveler. The bus stop is about 15 minute walk or a short and inexpensive taxi ride. You can safely walk the old streets and see the ancient holy sites and come back to this beautiful little apartment as your home base.

We felt very welcome here, after we quite late in the evening booked a room. Our room was fine and quiet at night. The kitchen facilities was good, with a usable kitchen and a hang out area. We were only staying in Bethlehem for one night, but we would go back here if we come back.

We liked everything at this apartment!!! We was 4 adults and 2 childs and it was enough space for another minimum 3 adults! I guaratee that it looks better in reality than in photos, is clean, smells good, is very spacious (it have 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living and 1 kitcken), is fully equipped with kitchen ustensils, you can cook, you have washing machine and dishes machine, detergents, extra linen beds, good internet connection and everything you need!!! We considered that is cheap when you compare the quality with the price, the host Khader is a reliable and kind man, he is trustworthy and don't worry if the reservation is made with cash! Everything is reliable and exactly as stated. He stayed close to the phone and quckly responsive at every little message or question. We stayed for two nights in 21-23 January, Only words of praise! I rarely give reviews, but now I wanted to write because it's worth it

Najla and George are amazing! It’s a great opportunity to get to know the culture first hand from a Palestinian family. Also, the food Najla cooks is delicious. They were extremely helpful and caring. If I ever come back to Bethlehem I’m definitely staying with them. I felt at home.
