There is always someone available 24/7 to let you in the door (you have to buzz every time you come back, you don’t have a key to the front door). It’s good to know that if you have an early departure time in the morning let them know so they can unlock the front door to let you out. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and we were able to extend our stay by 3 nights and they were very helpful in doing so. Overall it was a great stay and a nice place to be in Santa Ana

Amazing, the penthouse was extremely comfortable, beautiful and private. It has all the comfort you need with AC and even a smart tv for when you wanna hide from the heat. Elizabeth made us feel at home and was always happy to help, give tips about food and transports. The kitchen is very well equipped, with good knifes, blender, juice extractor, food boxes etc. everything you need and sometimes don’t find in a hostel, you find it at Lote. I highly recommend.

Owner is very kind and helpful, a perfect host. They have small private parking and it’s gated, which is a plus. We arrived at 8 pm and booked 2 hrs before and were welcomed with open arms. They provided breakfast and even asked what time we would like to have it, and it was prepared and ready right at 9am like we’d asked. Their punctuality and delivery of our breakfast highlights the amount of care and attention to detail. We had a two bed room with a private bathroom, Ac and the massive smart tv was a nice and unexpected touch. Amazing stay. Thank you very much for having us. We will be coming back.
