The house was tastefully decorated. My daughter absolutely loved it. There was a piano, board games to keep us engaged. Jannis, our host explained about the history of the house and the traditions followed by the local people. We also got to see northern lights during the night. The house was super spacious for 3 people. I would highly recommend this place!

This must be one of the best lodging experiences I've ever had. The cabin was beautiful with gorgeous views. The sauna was perfect for a proper Finnish experience. The location was conveniently located within walkable distance to/ from city center. A short taxi ride from train station (actually you could walk but it was raining). The house is fully equipped and nicely decorated. We can contact the host easily via chat/WhatsApp, and he responded really quick.

We went in December, and it was wonderful. The house is very cozy and warm, and it is placed in a idyllic setting, near a frozen lake. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful, and we felt very welcome there. Their dogs are very friendly and playful, and they also have horses. We also had a barbecue in the kota and we used the sauna (complete with ice dipping). Even though it was very cold outside, it was always warm inside, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. We truly recommend this place for a very authentic winter visit.

Although Motelli Rovaniemi is far from the most luxurious of accommodation available in the area it offers great value for money. It's location is more suited to people with transport but there is an adequate though not too frequent bus service with bus stops in both directions a few meters from the reception. Staff were helpful and friendly and the room was clean and had all the basics covered. I would say Motelli Rovaniemi is ideal for people on a budget or planning a short stay. We would definitely consider staying again.

Llona was a pleasure to deal with and the Appartment was in the perfect location for us, as a family for 5 . Near all the shops and restaurants, and of course the bus stop to take you to either Santa claus village or Santa Park. The Appartment was very clean and comfortable and very cosy and warm . Would highly recommend.
