Excellent, and the apartment was very clean. The person who welcomed me was incredibly nice and polite, offering genuinely great hospitality. She really made a positive first impression! I had a wonderful stay here. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made me feel right at home. The stay included breakfast, which was delicious and a great way to start the day. The rooms come with air conditioning, which was very important given the heat in Georgetown, and it made my stay much more comfortable. One of the highlights was how helpful the owners were, they connected me with a trustworthy taxi driver who took me to different viewpoints I wanted to see at a very affordable price. Everything about the experience felt honest, genuine, and safe. I highly recommend Smiths BNB Rooms to anyone visiting Georgetown. It’s not just a place to stay, but a warm and reliable home base for exploring the city.

My stay at the Hollywood Guesthouse was fantastic! Robert was a wonderful host, and the place was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The internet worked flawlessly, and Robert even arranged a shuttle from the airport for me. He also provides a small phone for guests to use, which is convenient for calling taxis. I highly recommend this guest house to anyone!

I was arriving late at GEO and was in contact with the hosts agent and the host the day of arrival. I arrived 11:30 pm and got a message from the hosts agent that the previous guest had not departed and there was no place for me. I suggested the host should help me by finding the next best accommodation, which they acknowledged they should have done that, but did not. I had to walk-in to a hotel and got charged accordingly.
