This newly renovated boutique hotel with an cool artistic flair and amazing bar/coffee shop is in the redone historic Corktown neighborhood of Downtown Detroit. It is definitely much better than many people mention. I was a bit worried about it. However, since we arrived, Jeremy was so kind and great host. They have been pretty collaborative when needed. In generall, one of best services in US hotels I've received. Thanks for everything!

Featuring an on-site casino, luxury spa and indoor infinity-edge pool, this MGM Grand offers on-site dining and live entertainment in Detroit, Michigan. I had a reservation for 5 nights during the recent strike. Although due to this the hotel was short of personell the remaining staff did everything to make me feel good. After 3 nights I decides to leave as it seamed to me that Detroit was falling asleep due to the strikes. The management let me go without charging the remaining 2 nights and without discussion. It was simply great how management and staff acted in this very difficult situation. Thank you very much. MGM Resorts are at the top of my personal recommendation list.
