It ranked as one of the best places we stayed during our 3-week trip around Namibia. We liked the layout of the lodge with so many places to sit and relax. We loved dinner the first night up at the Eagle’s Neat (20 min hike up at sunset). The food was consistently outstanding. Staff for warm and friendly. We spotted giraffes running by when we hiked out to Vingerklip. And the room was very comfortable with a nice patio.

Extremely spacious rooms with mega size bathrooms, which are well equipped. Every room has its own camping chairs for guests to make use of and get great sights of the animals coming to the waterhole. You can also enjoy a massive variety of premium drinks whilst either having a dip in the swimming pool or in front of a well lit indoor fire. Our experience was exceeded and we will definitely be returning. Well done Sandune Lodge and staff!

There was a buffet with toast, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee, tea, and more. Then someone came to the table to take our order for eggs and breakfast meats. Everything was clean and nice.

On the way to the park there is a petrol station and a shop where you can buy some snacks, souvenires and drinks. Okutala Etosha Lodge offers comfortable cottages nicely furnished with a tarrace where you can sit and admire nuture. People there are very hospitable and caring. For damanding customers the set menu for dinner might be the weskest point. Anyway, we came there to enjoy the beauty of the place and we were amazed by it.

With garden views, Okapuka Safari Lodge is set near Windhoek and has a restaurant, a shared lounge, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and sun terrace. Loved the ostriches, game drives, rhinos, variety of wildlife. Staff was exceptional and very helpful. Especially Beau and Nakushe.

Very nice staff & good food. There is a water hole right by the restaurant area. A group of 5 elephants came to drink there while we were having breakfast which was amazing. We highly recommend the sundowner drive within the Onguma reserve. Our guide (Jason) was fantastic & very informative and we saw an elephant, lions and white rhinos. You get a lot closer to the animals than when you’re in Etosha and there are max 3 vehicles at any one place so it doesn’t feel too crowded.
