It was convenient, clean and safe. The only trouble I had was initially finding it, because for some reason, Google Maps shows the address in the middle of Newport Harbor High School (which is further southwest on Irvine.). The instructions from the owner did help find it after driving around the block a few times.

The space was updated and roomy. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Loved that the owners provided plenty of bath towels and even pool towels. Communication with the owners was great! We had issues with the coffee maker and they dropped one off promptly.

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Room was not old or outdated. Free parking. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Definitely will be coming back when in the area. Didn’t have a chance to use the pool, spa, or fitness facility, but they all looked clean. 18+ age requirement for check-in.

I liked the location most of all. We went to go to a concert at Segerstrom and to spend time at the beach and to go to the Newport Beach Temple. It was super convenient for all those places. The bed was comfy. The parking was great.
