The place needs some updates done. Like the bedding, carpet, bathrooms, it is very outdated. They have started using a different way to heat and cool the rooms they should take out the old stuff. I know that would change the price to stay there and the price is good.

Victorian decor The owner very hospitable The Breakfast was sooooo Good !!!! Esp tiramisu!!! With coffee. We hated to rush off but PSU graduation ceremony started 9am and we made it on time .

I'm from the area and was visiting. The remodeling is great. Location to things are well! The staff were so incredibly nice. Only bad thing about the trip was our thermostat would not turn on. It was late around 11p and they happily moved us rooms, right away! Wish there was more grass or maybe a dog fenced area 😕 a lot of blacktop and stones but we made do! Would definitely recommend booking. That will be our hotel when we visit home again.

when i went into the hotel, the girl at check in said they had no record of me booking a room! i showed her the confirmation email you sent. She had me stand and wait while she looked around. i told her i had driven for 4 hours and was very tired, i can't wait for your computer system to find my legit transaction with booking.com. she finally gave me a room. in the morning, an agent approached me as i checked out and said "we just need a credit card. we want to give you a refund." i asked "why would you give me a refund? when i said i wasnt giving her my card, she got annoyed and said "we have no record of you having stayed here, you can get your money back from booking.com." Dirty trick: under the guise of a credit to be given she asked for a credit card TO CHARGE ME again for the room. I told her booking.com is not going to give me a refund... you need to get my money from booking.com. Then i walked out. horrible experience and i intend to inform the Radisson of their agent trying to trick me into paying AGAIN.
