I would like to give my best complements to Hotel Attendant Mr. Hassan. He gave us a very warm welcome and supported us with our luggage perfectly and in fact saved us acting as a hotel receptionist. He served us with the best room. I loved the smiling and support from Mr. Osman ( the hotel security staff) He is really kind and he is very good. I cannot forget Br. Salim the receptionist for the care he gave us whenever we called him.
We enjoyed the Breakfast Buffet, there was all what one needs. The service from Mary and Maya (Kenyans Sisters), was beyond expectation. Very charming good hearted girls really. Mr. Yousuf (Joseph) Hajj made sure we had all what we needed and in fact he did served us with fresh juices.
This Novotel, is at best location easy to reach and connected to other areas very easily. It is very clean and rooms are very specious. excellent views on lagoon side at very reasonable rates. Thanks to the management to maintain the standards.

By the Persian Gulf, Sharjah is the capital of the emirate of the same name – the only one in the UAE to have a coastline on 2 gulfs.
Although not as internationally famous as its neighbor Dubai, Sharjah still has an exciting mix of old and new. The skyline is a backdrop of skyscrapers and many modern public buildings were designed by the ruling sheikh.
In sharp contrast is the Sharjah Heritage Area, the city’s oldest part. Here historic houses line pedestrian streets featuring some of the best museums, including the excellent Islamic Museum. On its northern edge is 19th-century Al Hisn Fort, an Arabic-style building once home to the ruling family.
Shopping in Sharjah is as big as in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. Its shopping centers include Ansar Mall and Mega Mall, while a more traditional experience can be found in Souk al-Arsah and the Blue Souk, so called because of its blue tiles and roof. Across the park is King Faisal Mosque, a gift from the Saudi king.

A Stay That Truly Touched My HeartFrom the moment I walked into the room, I felt an immediate sense of comfort. Everything was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared — from the refrigerator and kettle to the smart TV and private bathroom. But what truly stayed with me was the breathtaking lake view from the balcony. Watching Al Majaz Lake in the evening felt peaceful in a way I didn’t expect.
The shared terrace overlooking the water was another beautiful surprise. I spent time there just taking in the view, and it genuinely added something special to my stay. The extra facilities — the gym, massage chair, billiard table, and fully equipped kitchen — made the place feel like a home rather than just accommodation.The location was perfect, the support was warm and friendly, and the value for money was incredible. This place gave me exactly the experience I needed, and I’ll definitely return on my next visit to Sharjah.

Great and safe place to travel. Very clean infrastructure. I lived before in Dubai, and always took excursions to Sharjah for the quietness. All restaurants have English and bilingual staff. Taxi service is great like Dubai. Use metered taxis for best value and just like Dubai you can use your Debit/Credit card to pay fare. I grab somethings at Spinneys, about 4-5 minute walk from hotel, then had a real quality cheese burger. It is easy to get around Sharjah, taxis, buses, scooters, bikes. Enjoy.

The hotel is at the center of Sharjah and very close to Dubai Airport and Festival City. The staff are friendly and cooperative and responsive and whatever service we have asked for, it was getting fulfilled in few minutes. Rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. The hotel and the rooms are clean and the Wi Fi Service is good. The hotel has few parking area in the front and 3 floors of parking inside it. There are multiple shops and restaurants around it.
