The Hotel is almost hidden in the corner of English Harbour. It has huge grounds spread over 2 main areas - lobby, restaurant and bar on the hill overlooking the harbour and then by the beach are rooms, casual restaurant, water sports, pool and shop. There are tennis courts and a gym in between. The hotel has a old English colonial feel to the entire place which you will either like or hate. The rooms are very comfortable and service levels were generally good. Breakfast was extensive and good quality. The harbour is great for swimming, snorkeling and boating. Nelson's Dockyard is a short complimentary 5 min boat trip away and Falmouth Harbour within 15 mins has a range of restaurants and bars.
The Moxy has a garden, private beach area, a shared lounge and terrace in English Harbour Town. The property features a bar, as well as a restaurant serving Italian cuisine.

The property was spacious and well equipped, bed was comfortable, plenty of hanging space for clothes and lots of little extras which were useful, host met us with a drink on arrival and had arranged great airport transfer which was also fab.

Visited May 25 & again May 26, so towards end of season.
Third visit to this little piece of paradise. The location and views are excellent. 10 minute walk to all bars and resturants, 15 minutes walk to beach.
The location means the Inn is quiet during day and night. There are a few areas in need of some TLC, but the views make up for all the slight imperfections. Sitting on the deck watching the bay, the view is never the same, as boats etc come and go, the sea changes, we also saw dolphins, a turtle, frigate birds and pelicans to name a few ( if you can bring a pair on binoculars).
Robert the owner is most obliging, and helped with all our requests. Annie who helps Robert run the Inn is such a bubbly and engaging lady, we shared many laughs with her during our stay and she was most helpful.
This is one of the few places to stay in around English harbour that has a pool, and it is one of the highlights of our trip. It is not the biggest of pools but it is always clean and has a lovely view over the bay, and was a welcome relief from the sun. The surrounding gardens are lovely, lots of beautiful flowers, butterflies and birds to look at. The self serve honesty bar is also a lovely facility, well stocked and replenished, perfect for a rum and coke.
The breakfast was always plentiful and is self serve, we were never hungry after breakfast. The rooms are spacious, with good aircon and plenty of hot water.
The Inn is not high end, think shabby chic meets the Caribbean, but has an authentic Antiguan charm. On our day trips around the Island we came across many of the high end resorts, but all commented that The Inn was where we would rather be.
Located in Falmouth Harbour, this waterfront resort is 3 km from the panoramic views of Shirley Heights Lookout. It features an on-site spa, a fitness center, and rooms with a flat-screen TV.

Super! We stayed in the heart of the historic Nelson’s Dockyard, really interesting, lovely old buildings, surrounded by the sea and yachts. We walked to Pigeon Point beach and spent the day at Cathrine’s cafe. We hired sunbeds and had drinks and lunch. Food excellent. We ate dinner at the Admiral’s Inn on a waterside table which was lovely. Food and service very good in beautiful surroundings. We did the Shirley Heights Sunday party, which was initially a bit overwhelming, crowded, noisy and smoky with huge queues for food and drink, but once we got the measure of it, had a great time. The sunset and view was amazing, the band were excellent and when we eventually got food (late after the crowds) it was good.
Lovely lively friendly place. 2easily accessible beaches and in a nice position to explore the east and west coast.
Supermarkets were good ….restaurants good and varied. Nice to see local life as well as seeing multi millionaires yachts moored at the two marinas.
