The best with this hotel is the situation, right above the small old center of Bludenz. We got a room with a beautiful view over the mountains. The breakfast was very good and the reception staff was nice.

Cute clean little town flanked by mountains.
Cute clean little town flanked by mountains. Pedestrian-only quarters very charming with chic boutiques and smack bakeries/cafes. We did not have enough time to trudle explore the town as our hotel was located in nearby Stallehr.
Tip: Fine dining, Golf and RVing in nearby Braz, at Hotel Traube.

Bludenz is situated a short drive away from the Brandnertal ski area. The traffic flow could be better designed, but since there are food and drink locations in the city center, it is easily walkable.

Good basis for Klostertal, Brandnertal, Montafon, a day trip to Vaduz/Liechtenstein, Bodensee (Lake Constance) etc. Charming compact Old City with beautiful old houses, churches, many restaurants, bakeries, clothing and sport shops. Swimming at Val Blu. With the Guest Card, you can travel with bus/train through the whole Vorarlberg for free, plus there's a lot of free or discounted activities such as guided walks, climbing, bbq etc.
Very friendly, helpful and flexible host/directorate, completely new hotel, tasteful rooms, very comfortable beds, nice modern (but open) bathroom with good shower. Very calm in the night (with closed windows). 450 m from the main station, (easy on foot or about 5 € with a taxi). 300 m to the bus station and 45 min drive to "Ski Arlberg", included in the guest card. Good breakfast in adjacent restaurant (a little expensive) and also good dinner for reasonable prices. I can really recommend it and would certainly come again!
Excellent stay was had at the apartment. The hosts were wonderful and Daniel was gracious enough to give me a lift from the station to the property.
Beautiful view from the balcony, and the apartment was spotless with everything you'd need for a comfortable stay.
The Guest card was also especially useful, as a bus stops just around the corner from the hotel to take you into town at regular intervals throughout the day.
The hotel has an amazing view over the old town of Bludenz. It is easy to find within walking distance of the train station. We arrived late after a long day with only 10 minutes before the restaurant closed and the front desk notified the restaurant to hold a table for us for dinner. The breakfast buffet was well laid out and offered a good variety with nice touches of local, homemade products.
Breakfast was excellent and it was available from 6:30 to 9:30 which was very convenient so that I could get to the mountains/slopes early in the morning. Hotel room had everything that I needed despite being quite small. Bed was very comfortable. There is also a local convenience store (Spar) next to the hotel (just 50 meters away).
Location was good, walkable distance from the station. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staffs were friendly and helpful. There were no drinking water, towels but since the room price range was lower compared to other hotels in the area and was for 1 night stay, it wasn't bad.
Very cozy and clean accommodation, friendly & helpful owner, very quiet location less than 5 km from city of Bludenz, pop. 30,000.
Comfy beds, small extra room with sofa bed & TV, balcony at rear overlooking grassy area.
Excellent hot breakfast is served, with ample self-serve buffet.
The hotel is very easy to find and within easy walking distance from the train station. It is a bit far out from the Altstadt compared to other hotels, but it is an easy 10-15 minute walk so not really a big deal. Very nice, well priced restaurant attached to the hotel.
Perfect location and we were able to park our car in the garage beneath the hotel/shopping centre. The room was quiet and we had enough space. The breakfast was also very good and because of the good weather we even could have breakfast outside on this nice cozy terrace.
Staffs were very kind and helpful. The view was awesome from the hotel. Very close to the city center, even five minutes by walking. Breakfast is very sufficient. If you want a drink after the day before going to the room, the existing drinks are will joy your delights.
Coming back to Schloßhotel Dörflinger third time and always happy about it: great service, friendly people, stunning views from the windows, delicious breakfast and dinners, ski room and parking.
Breakfast was perfect with variety and nice garden sitting
Staff were very helpful and cooperative
Location is good with supermarket just next to the hotel
Good place for free parking
Beautiful hotel with beautiful room. Location is perfect, in the old town. Appreciate the underground spacious carpark in t
he nextdoor mall which is
included in the room rate.
We got another room in "Schloßhotel Dörflinger". I believed the "Hotel Einhorn" is discontinued. Everything was fine, no extra costs were billed, the breakfast was nice.
