Marion Hotel has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Adelaide. With free WiFi, this 4-star hotel offers room service and an ATM.

have stayed before and really enjoyed it, it felt luxurious and fancy the complimentary water and tam-tams were a nice touch I know there are nicer rooms than I had and was just disappointed when I opened our room door we did enjoy room service however there wasn't a table big enough for the two of us to eat from which was a shame too we booked a king room but the only thing king about it was the bed. It felt small and enclosed and dark

Adelaide: Australia's Undiscovered Gem

Scratch the surface of Australia’s undiscovered gem with its blend of wonderful beaches, wide boulevards and extensive parklands including the Adelaide Botanic Garden. The City of Churches chimes to the beat during festival season with the Adelaide Festival of Arts, Adelaide Fringe and WOMADelaide.

The Torrens River flows through the city from the surrounding Mount Lofty Ranges. The Adelaide Hills features The Cleland Conservation Park that includes a wildlife park where you can pat koalas and Mount Lofty Summit with its panoramic views of the city. Hahndorf, with its German history, is another highlight.

The coast has some fantastic beaches, with historic Glenelg as a favorite local playground, while further south are the shores of Aldinga where you can drive your car onto the beach.

There are few better multicultural markets than the Adelaide Central Market, or choose from lots of museums and art galleries, some with free entry. The picturesque and historic Adelaide Oval is a favorite for sports lovers.

Booking.com has accommodations in the city, or visit surrounding areas like the Barossa Valley, Flinders Ranges and Kangaroo Island.

While I note the combined federal and state government...

While I note the combined federal and state government efforts to address the traffic congestion, it is an indictment on all governments since the Dunstan days for allowing this to get so bad. In the 1970s Adelaide was the traffic management pride of the capital cities of Australia, but a failure to plan and maintain the road traffic management effectively has squandered that legacy.

    Adelaide is a beautiful city.

Adelaide is a beautiful city. Many enjoyable walks around the river Torrens and North Adelaide. Lounders Boatshed cafe is perfect for a relaxing coffee or lunch on the river Torrens. Enjoyed a great steak at The Pink Pig on O'Connell Street and also Byblos for a fabulous Lebanese meal.

    I just love Adelaide.

I just love Adelaide. The beach at Glenelg or further up at Henley get me every time. I picked the venue because I wanted to go back to Hahndorf, I just love that place!! and I also wanted to be within cooee of Glenelg. I didn't allow enough time to get a game of croquet nearby and I didn't even know about the Wild Animal Safari as I drove out past the turn off to Hahndorf. Definitely will visit next time.

I loved the gardens especially the trees.

I loved the gardens especially the trees. The city has grown so much since I moved interstate in 1972. I didn’t recognise where I was walking most of the time. I was a bit disappointed that it was hard to find a lot of eateries opened on a Sunday. But overall Adelaide is beautiful.

The location is excellent for accessing all the main features of Adelaide CBD. The entire ambience of the hotel is attractive; our room was very attractive with artistic features in the room fittings and furniture - refreshingly different to the majority of dull minimalistic rooms that are typical of almost all hotels these days. The bathroom was sumtpuous and spacious. There is a very high standard of maintenance throughout the hotel. We enjoyed a quality breakfast within our room rate.

The location is terrific; tram stop a short walk away which takes you into the Adelaide CBD/Railway station or in the opposite direction down to Glenelg beach. The bed was comfortable, staff were helpful, the room was clean and had everything we needed. There were some great pubs/restaurants/cafes nearby or within a short walk. Views of Adelaide city were a bonus. Would definitely stay again!

A fabulous hotel to stay and recharge right in the middle of the Adelaide CBD. Easily the best in Adelaide and certainly one of the next in the country. Greeted like a long lost friend, staff seem genuinely happy that you have chosen their hotel to stay in. Remarkable. Customer (mine!) feedback was quickly acted upon after my last stay. Amazing.

The Apartments are nicely designed, well spaced and well equipped. The hotel is perfectly located in north Adelaide in walking distance to Restaurants and even towards the city. A free shuttle bus near to the hotel takes you to downtown Adelaide and around the city. Very good experience - would definitely recommend and come again!

Cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. The location in Adelaide cbd was brilliant. The apartment had a spa separate bedroom and a kitchenette with everything you could need.
