Great location. A few kilometres drive was the parliament precinct where Old Parliament House, new Parliament House, National Gallery, Rose gardens, High Court, National library & the Museum of Australia are located. They are all within walking distance of each other. If mobility is an issue, there is plenty of paid parking at about $3.80 per hour. The War Memorial & Mt Ainslie are a short drive away, as is the Royal Mint, the Glassworks & the lake. The apartment was modern, clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed eg dishwasher tablets, washing powder and it had a full kitchen. The security was excellent with underground car parking & secure access to the building.

I loved our stay at the apartment! The host provided us with detailed instructions before we arrived, and responded promptly when we did arrive. She met us at the apartment and showed us how to access everything (car park, apartment, bin, swimming pool), and her tips were all very helpful. The apartment was large and provided sufficient space for everything. I loved that it had two bathrooms, so after swim two people can shower at the same time without needing to wait for their turns. We relied on the washing machine and drying machine (all in good condition) every day. I also liked the large working/office table so we can spread out our map and notes there, not right on the dining table. The bookshelf has many children's books on it, so my daughter was kept occupied. The apartment was extremely close to the pool (it is right outside the building, decent sized, clean and well maintained), and we spent several afternoons there enjoying ourselves. The neighbourhood is quite and lovely, and there are many restaurants within easy walking distance. There's even a Canberra bus shelter right outside on the street (we ended up buying a bus shelter fridge magnet at the visitor centre to take home). We travelled by car, but I know we can also take the bus to lots of places of interests too. The host also provided detailed instructions regarding checkout close to our checkout date.

Great location, on the lake, and close to the NGA and other...

Great location, on the lake, and close to the NGA and other Canberra attractions. Lots of food places too. Spent most of my time at the National Gallery, which is about 1.5km away. We used Uber Eats for delivery & enjoyed dining on the balcony at the appartments on the Quay.

The Kingston Foreshore is a great location.

The Kingston Foreshore is a great location. Lots of restaurants and cafes at your doorstep with easy access to many more Canberra landmarks. Walk up to the Kingston shops for the best supermarket in Canberra. Known locally as Super Superbarn.

Great location and a beautiful space to stay in.

Great location and a beautiful space to stay in. Was there for a week with work? It was lovely to come home to a nice garden Century and a quiet space. Excellent with car park facility just right below the apartment and restaurants and cafes not far at all. Will definitely come back and book her again.

The Kingston location was good - close to the lake and lots...

The Kingston location was good - close to the lake and lots of restaurants and cafes. The Kingston suburb shops were around 15 minutes drive from the location. The Glass Works building was very close.

Great location, clean and great hosts.

Great location, clean and great hosts. This was adequate for a 1 night stay to get a shower and clean bed. Some TLC is needed to make the apartment more appealing…some unusual furniture and decorating choices!

Kingston is a great inner south location with nearby shops and great restaurants and cafes. Close to all amenities and attractions. Try pomegranate restaurant and silo bakery within close walking distance. Bus stops next to Kingston shops and lots of uber drivers in locale.
