Melbourne Airport is painful compared to other major airports. First is the hike from gate to baggage collection and then lack of signage outside terminal for public transport etc. Watch out for Touts soliciting taxi drivers... obviously taking advantage of poor signals and travellers who don't know where to go.

However, if one is to provide the finest tea, such as TWG Grands Crus Prestige, it would be more appropriate to serve fresh milk rather than UHT milk, which I associate with drinking Moët Champagne from a tin can. When offering luxury, it is essential to ensure correctness from the outset. Our request for fresh milk to accompany our tea could not be fulfilled without an attempt to charge $18 for a small quantity. This was a poorly managed experience, Crown.

Friendly people who are always ready to help. Lovely scenic routes along the GOR. Take your time to drive and stay at various towns to soak in the atmosphere and scenic spots. Just be careful of speed limits and where to stop. Received a summon on first day as was not aware that certain places could not stop briefly.

Property is on the 11th floor, serviced by a very fast lift. It was well presented and is a comfortable walk to Heidelberg Station (about 600m walk) with a 35 minute train trip into the CBD. The connection to the airport via Uber/taxi is about 35-40 minutes. Our host met us at the apartments and was very helpful in settling us in and showing us the layout of the apartments. Recommend this property for anyone visiting Melbourne but does not want to stay in the City but with the convenience of a quick train service close by.

Hotel is located 500 m from the (central business district (CBD) which was very close to many attractions, bus, trains, shopping, dining etc. Located about 3-5 minutes from Yarra river. I ordered breakfast and that was delivered on time. Staff were very friendly and willing to help answer question on how to get around the city. Would def stay here again.
