Location is walking distance from Montville’s Main Street, apartment was well presented & clean, we booked a room without kitchenette not realising but Donna was wonderfully accomodating to offer some comforts for us not to have to dine out every night which we really appreciated.

The location of Mayfield on Montville is so handy as it's situated in the heart of the town and yet still very quiet.
The view was breath taking from our balcony. We were greeted by the birds when we arrived and in the morning.

Oh my gosh, this place is just fabulous. It was just incredible. My partner and I stayed in the tree cabin and it was so cozy, clean and relaxing. The fireplace has all the necessary gear required for you, giving you a sense of comfort and the room is just perfect. I absolutely fell in love with this place and I can’t wait to return!
Shout out to the receptionist, she was just the best, went out of her way to give us the best experience and always was so lovely and kind to chat too. I definitely recommend staying here !!!

Everything, beautiful location, close to some cute little towns and very scenic. The friendly ponies topped off the experience. Only thing I’d add is if they could provide bubble bath for the luxurious bath.

Montville is a quaint tourist village with the most breathtaking views of the Sunshine Coast. The people are friendly and it has everything you need. It’s conveniently located to other destinations like Eumundi markets and amazing waterfalls for hiking lovers. Theres plenty of options for a quick coffee or dining out. Poets Cafe was our favourite. It’s a little hilly if accessibility is an issue, but nothing too steep. There’s plenty of public toilets and parking. The cuckoo clock shop is wonderful if you appreciate the craftsmanship that goes into that. A very family friendly village.

To sit at The Edge Restaurant enjoying a quiet drink and soaking up the view is so relaxing. Helpful staff at the Information Centre answered all our questions. Would highly recommend a visit to the Clock Shop.

Montville is a pretty 'one street' town, with plenty of 'artisan' shops and galleries (leather, artwork, cuckoo clocks, homewares, crystals, clothing, hats, etc.), up and down the main street.
The pub at the North end of town has a great outdoor area and good food, with generous servings. Also some live music. The Edge Cafe is famous for its views, but does seem to be having challenges with their ordering system. Amazingly they're only open from 8:30am-4pm, so don't try for an early morning coffee.

A lovely little town, but I must say that some of the shop owners were not friendly at all, especially when the tourist may be a big part of their income. I visited an arty type of shop with many sun twirlers and statues and her attitude towards me was that I did not have enough money to shop there, so I walked out without purchasing any items. I was intending to buy a few things, but instead went elsewhere to spend my money. The owners of Priscilla's Cafe were wonderful people, nothing was too much trouble. The Candle Shop, the staff their were lovely and extremely knowledgeable. The Tea Shop, again, the lady was friendly and also knew a lot of what was in stock. The Mountain Inn Bar and Grill were happy to do take away meals, the chips were delicious.

The townhouse was in a very central location set back from the street behind a shop. It was however very quiet and we loved we just had to walk down a drive and we were in the centre of everything. Montville is always lovely. The townhouse had good size bedrooms and bonus downstairs area as well. Everything you needed was there. We were given clear instructions on where to find the key. The hosts were wonderful and let us check in early. We were there for a girls weekend away and will definitely stay again. Highly recommended.
The room was beautifully presented - loved the decor, the views and the spa out on the deck - which we used in the morning rather than at night. It was freezing! Note to self to come back in the summer! The hotel was within easy walking distance to the Montville village and a very short distance to the local pub for dinner. Food was outstanding. There was also a courtesy bus at the pub for those who couldn't or wouldn't walk - which is a great idea.
Good location 5 minutes drive in either direction to Montville or Maleny Cheese Factory. Beautiful rooms that were modern and comfortable. Amazing view from the top floor where we stayed. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool area due to poor weather but the facilities appeared lovely!
Nice room and accommodation. Great position right in the centre of Maleny but off the main Street for our room. Beautiful views from our balcony studio
