Very spacious and contemporary apartment on a hill overlooking Mt. Gambier and the surrounding countryside. Convenient to downtown and the Blue Lake (5-10 minute drive) and a great place to stay when visiting the Coonawarra wine region (about 40 minutes away). This apartment had everything we could have wished for and more. Beautiful furnishings, huge living room and expansive kitchen. Clean, comfortable bedrooms with en-suite baths. An enclosed garage parking space was a huge plus. This would be perfect for 3 couples or a large family. Would also be ideal for a small executive meeting place when staying overnight. Having someone meet us when we arrived was nice.

This place is unbelievable. The host met us on-site (even though there is a door code) and spent time showing us around the property and how everything operated. All fixtures, furniture etc. are of a very high quality and standard. Even the front blinds and main bedroom blinds are automatic! There is a full size double garage that you can securely lock your vehicle in. Even though there was only 2 of us staying (with 2 of the bedrooms and one bathroom locked off), the rooms we had access to were fantastic and the bed very comfy. The place is huge with a second living area downstairs. I can't recommend Kennedy Executive Apartment highly enough. It was the standout property we stayed at on our 3 week SA adventure. Tracy & John need to be commended on how they present this property.

Such an interesting town and environment to explore. The Blue Lake looks beautiful in summer. Many other interesting lakes and sinkholes to explore. The bagels from Breaking Bread Bakery in town were delicious.

I visited the Blue Lake on 6th Jan, with a strong sunlight. The lake was crystal blue during my visit. Beautiful views with exciting hiking. Highly recommend to others, especially in Summer in Australia.

Mount Gambier we found to be so enticing, the most astonishing thing if went to was the Valley Lake. The recreational area is amazing, never seen before such detail to a play ground and BBQ area. The was a swing especially for wheelchair users, amazing 👏. Go to Blue Lake golf club, we hired a buggy and clubs, only played 40years ago. 3 hours later we made it through 9 holes and it was the most relaxing friendly place. Can't wait to play golf again.

Great border town and very close to the coast.

Great border town and very close to the coast. Many natural attractions, vast variety of shops and eateries. It is worth the trip and a weekend stay is just not enough to take in all the surrounding towns. Great Chinese restaurants and quality clothe shopping.

Amazing lakes and beautiful parks .

Amazing lakes and beautiful parks . Lots of walks and things to do ( caves / visitors centre 👍) Found really good coffee shops and beautiful buildings . Art gallery had great exhibition we really enjoyed.

Location is great, central to town and parking pass provided. The food was excellent for breakfast and dinner. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The room looked exactly like the photos and was even bigger than we were expecting. We heard no noise in our room despite being above the hotel and on the Main Street. Would definitely stay here again

Excellent price was pleasenty surprised at the renovated shared bathrooms. The room was small but the bed was comfortable and had everything you needed.The hotel is with walking distance to all the main shopping .
