Garage with remote door a bonus. The back garden was pleasant & peaceful with large undercover seating & dining area shared with owner who lives in attached unit. Very Handy shelves in robe with small hanging space for tops/shirts above bar fridge but nowhere to put luggage other than floor or couch. Very small kitchenette with handy plug in stove top.
