Room and cleanliness excellent, staff were good. The location near shops and restaurant was good. The only downside it's next to a highway so there is road noise.

We always stay here when coming through Rockhampton usually only overnight. Rooms are brilliant, well appointed and very close to all fast foods or pub. The pub actually has really good meals. The bed this time around was one of the most comfortable sleeps that we have had. Cannot fault this place. LOVE IT.

Rocky is the beef capital of Australia and is a fine rural city with a great history, also on the Capricorn, the summer equator, the allegedly the lowest where estuarine Crocs live, but don't trust me talk to the locals.
Yeppoon is just on the coast with great hotels and beaches, The Kepple Islands and Byfield National Park is not too far north, great for hikers and 4WD'ers The beach north of Yeppoon is a great 4WD as well.
I could spend a couple of weeks here easily

We especially enjoyed our drive to Emu Park and Yeppoon. Lovely drive there and lots to look at. We had lunch there one day.
Spent another day in Rockhampton visiting local parks and shopping centre. It was very hot outside so we were glad to relax at the shops after the gardens.

A lot of interesting places to visit.
A lot of interesting places to visit. We went to the Zoo and Botanical Gardens. Also the Allen street war museum where staff were most helpful and display was interesting and educational.
We also enjoyed the riverwalk and heritage buildings.
Lunch at the Riverfront Restaurant was a memorable experience.

Staff were very friendly, room was very clean, neat and tidy. Rockhampton alone is a little sketchy and there was a tenant yelling at another man in the driveway when we arrived but this is no fault of the hotel. Toilet smelt bad of urine but looked clean ? So unsure where it was coming from. Walls joining rooms very thin- person next door kept tv on all night very loud but again this was not hotels fault
Friendly, honest & efficient reception staff. We left early to travel, but unfortunately i left my bag in the room so the lovely receptionist retrieved it from the room when I called & immediately put it safely in reception for my return.
The hotel has spacious rooms & is a great location just at the northern entrance to Rockhampton.
We always love the cleanliness and the friendly staff from the management to reception and the lovely cleaners! My children always double check with me when we make the booking to make sure it's Rockhampton Serviced Apartments!
Quirky hotel using a classic piece of historical architecture to create a modern experience. Out of hours check in, once we had established how it would work was very straightforward. Room was very comfortable.
