The staff were amazing, everyone of them were very helpful, friendly, always smiling, great customer service! The pool was great as the weather was 40+ degrees. The rooms had tea and coffee, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel which is always handy when you’re travelling. The breakfast had a great variety to choose from. Would definitely stay again

I love how it was close to everything. There is a playground nearby. The staff were very nice. I wish I took all their names, but we checked in on October 31st around midday. He was able to checked us in early. The food options for lunch were great. We absolutely enjoyed it. The breakfast not so much as the hotcakes were not warm anymore...but I will still go back and will still eat there because of the staff. My very shy son absolutely love Michel... I think she is the manager in the restaurant side of the hotel. She is fantastic and a gem. The staff were amazing to kids. The family room with the bunk beds are also cool. The beds are comfy in our opinion. I wish we could have stayed longer but til next time.
