The location of the hotel is wonderful, the view of the city from the bar and restaurant are amazing. The food was excellent and you can't fault how lovely and helpful the staff are. There is something magical about being surrounded by animals, waking up and seeing a koala or kangaroo. As a guest you have unlimited access to the zoo during opening hours and free tours before the zoo opens. Mosman is a lovely part of Sydney. I highly recommend getting the ferry into the City. I would certainly stay again.

Everything. A fabulous end to a lovely trip to Sydney to visit my daughter. (She works across the street in AMP building - which is what prompted me to book a night here) First time in Australia and what a way to say goodbye. Could happily live in this hotel!

We stayed at the Four Seasons. Location was so good.

We stayed at the Four Seasons. Location was so good. Close to the Rocks, just a short walk. Train a 5 minute walk. Close to bars, restaurants, marina, opera house and Harbour Bridge. Just amazing stay, we'll definitely be back. We stayed for 3 nights. Went to the Rugby Ireland vs Australia. Great atmosphere, bit of a walk from the train to the stadium but overall a great night with trains getting us back to the hotel easily enough.

I had been travelling all day, extreme thunderstorms just wanted to get into accommodation and shower relax before going on a tour of the rocks that evening. I couldn’t get into room had to knock the neighbours for help..I didn’t have WiFi so he set up so I could contact office! They stated that the number they had given to me was changed in afternoon, but as I didn’t have WiFi I hadn’t seen .. very stressful.Room smelt on sweat and damp ! Shower and toilet poor! Toilet brush disgusting and no toilet roll
