Had a very good stay. The staff was amazing, from the cleaning staff to the receptionists. The rooms are spacious, clean and have everything you might need. The gym is pretty good and has an amazing view and terrace around. They even let me check out later with no hassle at all.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The complimentary upgrade was such a wonderful surprise and set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The staff were absolutely incredible, and genuinely committed to making our experience perfect. The hotel itself is stunning; the fit-out is immaculate. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed. The beds were super comfy, and buffet breakfast was faultless. A wide selection of fresh, delicious options that catered to every taste. We left feeling completely pampered and already planning our return. If you’re looking for luxury, exceptional service, and an experience that exceeds expectations, this is the place to stay!

Sydney is a must-visit city.

Sydney is a must-visit city. Getting around Sydney is very easy; there are buses, trains, trams, taxis, and Uber. My favorite spot is the Opera House. My fun activities are walking to Darling Harbour, visiting the Opera House, and taking pictures of the Harbour Bridge. Taking a night bus tour.

Sydney offers great restaurants and theatre productions. Ferries leave the key to many iconic locations; there is something for everyone, tours leave every day to places like the Blue Mountains which I thoroughly recommend. Alway entertaining and never disappointing.

The new light rail and Metro rail, along with Barangaroo Wharf and its surrounding areas, were fantastic to see. We spent a great day in Manly and really enjoyed the ferry ride. I loved walking around Circular Quay and The Rocks, taking in the atmosphere and exploring the area. We also had a great time enjoying the restaurants and pubs.

Sydney is a 'walking' city for the first time visitor...

Sydney is a 'walking' city for the first time visitor wishing to explore the CBD, however, the extensive transport network of trains, ferries, Metro (new) and trams enables the visitor to strike out to explore beaches and attractions such as Luna Park & Taronga Zoo. Grab a ferry across the harbour to Manly and lunch at one of the excellent restaurants. Explore the historic Rocks area, dine around Darling Harbour, take in the iconic Opera House and Harbour Bridge from Circular Quay.

We stayed here last year and came back thisbyear becauae it is close to CBD and the quay, easy to walk to everything. Comfortable bed and they upgraded us to a suite this time which was wonderful. One of the few hotels that you can include parking with your booking which was great for us as we drove to Sydney. Staff were friendly. Loved the bath, it was deep enough for a good soak.

Loved the location. No problem for us with noise from within the complex or surrounding venues over the weekend. Comfortable apartment with everything you need. Included breakfast was lovely. Host friendly, easily contactable and very willing to help. Apologetic for mistakes. Affordable accommodation option compared to hotels in the area.

Comfortable room, we stayed in on floor 9 with a balcony. Gave us a small view of Darling Harbour. Large bed and well appointed room. Location was fantastic, close to the CBD, Town Hall Stn and Darling Harbour all within walking distance. Have found hotels on George St to e noisy at night, This is a good alternative, quiet but still close.

The only value of this stay is the good location. But to be honest, CBD is small, all the hotels in CBD are all in good location. Hence, a good location won't be the reason for me to choose here again.
