This is truly a five-star experience. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Sydney, near iconic landmarks. My room was fantastic, offering a breathtaking full view of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. The food was excellent, and the staff was amazing, providing top-notch service. The hotel’s modern design and luxurious atmosphere made my stay even more special. I also appreciated the complimentary snacks and a bottle of wine - a wonderful touch! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sydney.

We went to a show at the Theatre Royal and a cabaret at the Opera House. Both were world-class (and expensive). The 13CAB taxi service is very efficient and reliable (and expensive). The bus tour was good, but we happened to have a driver-guide with a very strong foreign accent, so we could not understand more than 2/3 of what he said.

As first-timer, I loved to explore and learning to new things and what I liked most was to visit Sydney Harbour with ferry ride and by the use of tram as my mode of transport around the central business division. It's easy to get around Sydney and loved to eat around Paddy's Market and Market City

I'm Australian and live about 150km from Sydney. Always a great city to visit, with no end of wonderful experiences to enjoy. Obviously, the harbour is one of the most beautiful in the world, and can be enjoyed in so many ways - on the water, on foot (beautiful harbour walks), or taking a train or walking over the famous Sydney Harbour Bridge, or a visit to the iconic and beautiful Sydney Opera House.

Sydney is quite a compact city so easy to visit all the iconic attractions. Transport was great and very reasonably priced. The boats from Circular Key were regular, cheap and were a fun way to to see the city. Trains and Trams were also cheap and regular. We visited the Harbour Bridge / Opera House / Manly Beach / Bondi Beach / QVB / Observation Tower / The Rocks / The Botanical Gardens and walked all over the city.

To be honest, the roads are a nightmare, a real rabbit warren and in pretty poor condition for the most part. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and it was enough. A highlight were the prices, cheaper fuel then Brisbane, cheaper parking too, even dining out was seemingly better value than Brisbane, which came as a surprise but the tolls, that will get you if driving around the city yourself. Walking around the city was easy, we stayed at Darling Harbour and walked to the ferry and then got off at Circular Quay and walked the Opera house and CBD with ease, and took the electric tram back to Darling Harbour. The drive out to Watson's bay and on another day, Manly, patchy narrow winding roads but great destinations both were. I especially liked Camp Cove at Watson's Bay with its tucked away beach side coffee hut and spectacular harbour views.

Thanks to Alex and John for being nice to us. The place is value for money. It is a good location. 2 train stations away to the CBD. What I like is the character of this hotel with its old stuff. The lift is the old lift with railing and wooden door. It is working properly. Our room had a working induction cooker, complete cooking utensils. You can always ask the reception if you need something. The reception is working like an office hours. So better ask them within these hours if you need something.

Clean, modern room and flexible bedding options, depending on the group. Great location to access Sydney Airport. Slightly further in distance than some other hotels, but much easier to get to the airport, because it’s near Mascot train station (one stop). Also easy to access Sydney CBD by train in 10 minutes (2 stops to Central). Staff were friendly and price was reasonable.

The location was really great. Near Chinatown and about a 40 min walk to the CBD which we did a few times as there are many places to visit on the way. Check-in and check-out was seamless. Didnt need to have other interactions with staff outside of that as we had no issues (unlike our other hotels)!
