We flew in from Melbourne. The hotel is literally about a 3 minute walk from Gold Coast airport concourse in Bilinga. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean, the room and bed were comfortable, and had a large bathroom. We checked out for 1 night for the trip to Australia Zoo which was about 2 hours away. We returned to Rydges after 1 nt in another lodging near the zoo because we had an early morning flight to Queenstown NZ the next day. We checked out and were in the airport within 3 minutes walking.

Booked for our honeymoon - 3 nights and it was fantastic! Great view and perfect access to the beach. Staff was friendly and professional with local knowledge and advice. It was suggested to get Mexican at Caberita and it was excellent.

Was upgraded for free to a 1 bedroom + studio apartment (2 queen beds). It was very clean and spacious. The shower had good pressure and I was shocked that they had a full kitchen chen. They let me check-in after 10pm, just needed to call ahead of arrival

The Bay of Palms was an amazing accommodation for the weekend, I enjoyed staying there and I would highly recommend it. There was shopping mall 3 minutes by walking, it had everything somebody would need. There is also a lot of nature around.
