The room was clean and comfortable. The drink tickets and discount at the bistro was a nice surprise. Great atmosphere to watch some footy. Very easy to walk or drive to restaurants and shopping.

The Lake is a good activity based location. Seeing the wildlife like Kangaroos etc roaming around.
Disliked · Breakfast was just average, nothing that stood out, apart from the malfunctioning Coffee machines. For the price point i expected a lot more selection. Staff are clearly not trained in customer service, their engagement with customers is at times awkward and rude. Dinner was average and some of the menu items were not available two nights in a row.
The room was small and only had a small fridge with only a small milk container and no freezer or ice maker. Room service was ok but no drink selections, you have to go to the bar, defeats the whole concept of room service.
The Bar is on both sides (Outdoor and Lobby) yet if you are with friends in the Lobby, trying to get a staff member to come to the other side is oh so inconvenient for them...Water dispensers are always empty, nothing is proactively monitored, ad hoc case by case when customers complain or ask.
Equipment for sailing and kayaking were disgusting, smelly and just worn through, again not impressed with this set up.
Swimming pool is far too small for the number of guests in the resort. Mini Golf on the outside lawn, really, have some imagination and make this into a fun kids activity and actually obstacles like all other Mini golf locations in QLD, with the option of indoors. Games room, again far too small for the number of kids with guests. Equipment in the games room was mostly broken and in poor condition. The Lily's restaurant has been closed for nearly 3 years and yet is still advertised as the 2nd restaurant, not impressed. Will not stay here again.

Resort is in a lovely location with beautifully maintained lawns and gardens surrounding a tranquil lagoon setting however the resort itself and accomodation is dated and desperately needs a facelift to make it more modern and welcoming.

The pool area and the lagoon were great for adults and kids.
The pool area and the lagoon were great for adults and kids. Beach is a short walk away.
Rooms were clean and comfortable but could do with a little revamp.
The breakfast was good with lots of variety but there is only one restaurant in the resort, so it got a little boring.

Big money for a three star hotel feel.
Expected more for the price.
Needs more pools. So many rooms and guest and only one average size pool.
Waited ages for a chair by the pool.

This unit is in a great location on the Sebel property, overlooking beautiful greenery and close access to the Novotel twin waters facilities and to the beach.
The owners have put a lot of effort and thought into making it a wonderful place to stay with nice soaps, indoor & outdoor dining, bug spray and candles, QR codes for relaxing music and even a beach trolley and scooters for the kids.
Residents staying there were nice and welcoming and very friendly. We had our wedding at Twin Waters Golf course and the locals there were so nice and congratulated us. Property Manager David was also so helpful and understanding having our families in a few of the apartments we will be back there again for our anniversary.
The Victorian house is charming and clean. The staff is friendly and will make you feel at home, literally. The breakfast served in your bed is amazing. Everything is done to guarantee you will not want to leave the hotel for anything!
Have travelled to twin waters numerous times for holiday this time was a quick trip. It was as expected and very nostalgic and I have not been since a young teen. Not much had changed as so looked forward to breakfast.
We have stayed here before while hubby is working at the Novotel Twin Waters and have enjoyed it every time. Such a great place for kids. We have 3 young boys who need space! The Sebel can accommodate this.
