Everything is beautiful. The room on the sixth floor is beautiful and very tidy. The workers at the reception are very kind and nice.

The location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance. Close to public transport. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is very varied and delicious. The hotel is literally in the heart of the hostorical centre, providing direct access to the old Mostar and the shops, caffe, restaurants, etc also a step away from the Municipal Hall and the main attractions. The view is fantastic with fully glass wall and viewing the hills with the traditional houses. The price is indeed competitive having in mind the overall level of the hotel and its services. The room is spacious and cozy.

The people working are very kind and it is located in the perfect spot within old town. Restaurants are around the corner, the cable cars are easy walking, and taxi stand is right around the corner! It is great for solo travelers and they kindly held my bags after check out while I explored until my train later in the afternoon.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast had everything I needed to start the day. The room was clean and outfitted with everything I needed. The location was right right across from the old town with a tram stop 30 seconds from the hotel.
