Orfeo (Italian Restaurant) was a great find. If you don't book before the day, it is worth wandering in to see if they have space.
We went for a day to Ghent - and although the Cathedral is amazing, I preferred Bruges. The Salvador Dali exhibition in the gallery next to the Bell Tower was fantastic!

A very pretty city, with an easily accessible Old Town. Many of the important sites are within easy walking distance and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants to enjoy along the way. Not too crowded at this time of year. We enjoyed immersing ourselves in the history of this important city.

Bruges is a beautiful historical town and well worth visiting with lots to see and do. There are many restaurants and bars and the shopping is good. From Bruges we took a day to trip to Flanders Fields near Ypres. We stayed in Bruges for 3 days and found it adequate for us.

The rooms were decorated impeccably and the hotel bar had a great selection of drinks with a gorgeous Art Deco sitting room.
The staff were friendly and attentive. They provided some great advice on how to get the most from our time in Bruges.
The location of the hotel is superb. Right next everything in the city centre while being just enough off of the main roads that it provides a tranquil space to pause before heading back out.
The elegant Christmas decorations were the icing on top.
Situated perfectly in Bruges city centre, this property offered comfort, style and class. Loved everything about it and will definitely be staying again next time.
We went for a birthday and they helped me put a surprise in the room and went over and above. It was wonderful.
The pool area was comfortable, and the hotel as a whole was very clean, spacious and comfortable.
The hotel is located in a quiet district of Bruges, a 5-minute walk from the historic center. Comfortable bed, small, clean room, perfect for 2 nights. Good breakfast. The price is reasonable for Bruges. If you are traveling by car, it is better to stop at the main entrance to unload your luggage. Paid parking 't Zand Parking Center 5 min walk.
The hotel staff was really courteous and helpful. The hotel is very close to the center of the old town. Only 10 minute walk from the Belfry of Bruges which we could see from our hotel window. The bathroom was very spacious and well equipped.
The hotel has a nice atmosphere and medieval decoration.
10-15 minutes walk to the city centre, cheap parking nearby (much cheaper than others in Brugge and it's just below the hotel). I can recommend it easily. It is good for couples or small groups of friends for 1-2 nights.
