The location is perfect-right in the center of the city, just a few minutes away from the main market square. There was tea and coffee makers , the breakfast was great. The staff members are welcoming and friendly. The parking garage is small but if you book it in advance they’ll secure a space for your car. I would really recommend the hotel to anyone.

    We could not cover all the things we had in mind before, but got a nice impression of this huge town. Its nice to go in less touristic areas to get more authentic impressions. Public transport very well and recommended to discover the town.

    Autoworld, Military Museum, Halle Gate, Comic Arts Museum...

    Autoworld, Military Museum, Halle Gate, Comic Arts Museum were all great and worth a visit. Eating/drinking at Lloyd coffee and eatery (breakfast), Poechenellekelder (beer and food, right next to Mannekin Pis) and Fin de Siecle (dinner, arrive early and pay with cash). Beer world/rooftop bar not worth it and while the Palace of Justice is impressive make sure you do a tour as it’s too challenging to find your way around by yourself.

    Brussels was fantastic, really cool.

    Brussels was fantastic, really cool. I took the train to the Central - that was a very good choice. I was minutes away from Grand Place. Wow, what a place. I also took a few tours, which was nice, got a chance to learn more about the city, and meet "fellow" tourists. Sounds crazy, but when you are traveling alone, it gives you another option to so something. For sure, I would recommend Brussels. Oh, and cash machines are hard to find. So have some as backup before you go.

    Lots of character. Lovely museums. Public transportation is a little old and slow. Something needs to be done with the terrible weed smell coming at you from every corner of the city and homeless people.

    Pedestrian zones add to the pleasure of going about the city centre. Lots of places to eat/drink in all price ranges. Public transport is very easy to use, especially the trains, assistance available in many languages. Particularly good value for 65+ senior travellers. We spent a gorgeous afternoon by the Meuse in Dinant. We would have gone to Marché du Midi but weren't there on Saturday. Be careful, there are PICKPOCKETS!

    The Grand Place is spectacular and very much worth the trip, also from Brussels you can easily do a day trip to Bruges, which is also spectacular. Outside the Grand Place we found Brussels to be very dirty with rubbish in many places on the streets.

    The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room was big and very clean, which I appreciate in any hotel. The location is good too, close to the EU offices (with museums and exhibits) and the main bus line which takes you straight into the city center - perfect for a tourist. And the prices was very good compared to other Brussels hotels. The room had a nice smart TV for watching YouTube and a good Wi-Fi connection. Came with a water heater and tea as well. The beds were crazy comfy and the heating was good too.

    We booked a double room and choose the two twin bed option. Nice size room with a balcony that has two chairs and a little table. While booking the photos of the room were different but I was very happy to get the room we got. Location is very good, close to the Brussels train station. Also the city center. In the main lobby there is different kinds of coffee for free. From the train station you can get to the hotel using the underground tunnel which exits by the hotel.

    The hotel staff were really kind and helpful. My room was clean and well-lit. I also liked the coffee and breakfast options. The most important part was it's close location to Brussels Expo. It's also really close to public transportation. It was easy to visit the city center.
