The best hotel in Plovdiv i think. The facilities are really nice and room was clean. Also, hotel breakfast was one of the best qualities i had have in European hotels.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Despite my late arrival, they managed the delayed check-in smoothly, and to my surprise, they even upgraded me to a better room free of charge since it was available. This thoughtful gesture truly set the tone for a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and absolutely spotless. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, and it was clear they prioritize hygiene and attention to detail. The front desk staff spoke fluent English, which made communication seamless. They were always eager to assist with recommendations, answer questions, and ensure everything went smoothly. They were also very understanding and flexible with my request for a late check-out, which was greatly appreciated. The combination of exceptional service, cleanliness, and the surprise room upgrade made this one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. I can’t wait to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality!

Lovely place. Friendly staff, quiet room, short walk to centre. 4 mins from SILA where we where going. Advice to visiters, ask for address for parking, there is plenty of parking at the rear of the hotel but accessed from another street.

Classy but old fashioned hotel at perfect location with a perfect casino inside. very good breakfast with relatively acceptable Lavazza beans (blended, but Lavazza).

Everything was perfect, the room, the staff, the location, very comfortable and clean accomodation.

Highly recommend. Good location close to the city center, friendly staff, spacious room, private underground parking lot, spa center, pets welcome, big TV with a great variety of channels (incl. ppv sport channels), comfy beds, nice bathroom. Will definitely come back.

Easy to get in and out of the parking. Front staff spoke English very well and gave a few recommendations, I believe her name was Maritsa.

Very convenient, great parking, staffs are friendly especially Lilly who extended my late check out for few hours without an extra charge.

It's very confortable. Nearby the main area of Provdiv. Wide room with a buthtab.

Practically, everything. The hotel is small, cozy, located perfectlly in the old town of Plovdiv. The room was large, elegant, very comfortable. Also the bathroom was large, modern and vintage at the same time. A perfect breakfast every morning has to be mentioned. And last, but not least the staff treated us like we were guests în their own house.

The location is perfect. The room was charming, ancient-style, but with modern facilities. Vibrant and good breakfast. The host is very friendly and helpful.
