The location is unbeatable - close to Serdika metro station and to all the sights by foot. Comfortable bed, coffee and tea in the room and Clarins shampoo and douche gel - what more does a girl need?! 😊 Anastasia from the reception had a nice smile and a welcoming personality - I liked this Ukrainian lady the most :) A lot from the staff at the reception don't speak Bulgarian, I find that poor

Clean, modern, quiet, comfortable, perfect! The hotel offers shuttlebus to the airport fro free.

The location was just a short distance from the Central bus station, and all public transportation was extremely convenient. Buy the transportation card as it is a bargain for all modes of transporation located just out the front door! The breakfast was super outstanding, with any kind of food selection one could imagine. The waiters kept the tables prepared, and all food dishes replenished.

What do you expect from a hotel and a stay? Perfect location, cleanliness, an incredibly spacious room with a breathtaking view of the whole city... Being right under the best casino in Bulgaria, a rooftop bar at the very top of Sofia with amazing cocktails, and a wonderful breakfast… This hotel has it all. It might be one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Thank you for everything!

Clean, quiet and safe!! Great value and while somewhat outside the center of Sofia there are multiple trams and the metro to get you anywhere around town quickly

I read many negative reviews and I was not sure if to book or not. But the room I got was excellent. It was clean and fresh, the bed was comfortable, I was on the 5th floor and had a standard single room with balcony - with a nice view. I definitely recommend it. The staff was also very polite and nice. I didn't have any issues and I had a nice and pleasant stay. And the location is really great. Don't forget to try the Chinese restaurant right next to it.

We stayed after a flight from London. We were exhausted and tired. The hotel was so comfortable and hospitable that-we ended up extending our stay. Location is great. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff, especially the reception is staff is simply amazing. This is the hotel we will be staying at whenever we fly into Sofia.

Location, room, comfy beds, staff was truly exceptional! They offered free coffee, tea and cakes, explained everything, and were truly professional. They even let us have late checkout for the late flight, which was a saviour!

The hotel is located in an extremely convenient spot! The building is quite cozy. The room was great and even though the windows were on the side of a very busy street inside the room was quiet and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was great. Actually everything was perfect. I loved the fact that you don't need a key for the building or the room, everything is unlocked by keycodes which is quite convenient and cool. Great value for the money, I will definitely stay here again in the future and would gladly recommend it to anyone.
