The hotel is not a luxury getaway. The food and drinks are of poor quality, and the areas around the tables at breakfast, lunch, and dinner are often dirty. The sunbeds are cheap and uncomfortable, and the umbrellas are too small to provide proper shade. The towels are torn. The rooms are only tidied—not properly cleaned each day. The common areas are overcrowded, making it difficult to relax. It’s clear that the hotel’s priority is to fill up by attracting large groups of tourists rather than providing a quality experience for its guests.

The location of the hotel is just excellent. Center of sunny beach and seaside both 1 minute walk. Pool is very clean and water temperatur is ideal. The garden is an oasis. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. This hotel is a price value ratio winner.

Staff kindness, pools, not so far from the beach, animation girls should receive a raise, food freshness yet too repetitive, could see trough the kitchen and I can say it's really clean and everyone wears gloves, big balcony, the silence (at list in our room position), service of everything we asked for, alcohol in fair quantity if you ask for more in cocktail they serve, bar schedule until 23, parking. For the money paid can't ask for more!

    Buyer beware, I booked a sea view room and on my arrival I was told it had been allocated to someone else i was offered a much poorer room and refused it eventually we were sent to Fort Knox Elenite a long distance away from the sea view apartment . I contacted booking.com help line and phoned them but they did nothing to help if I was asked to review booking.com I would give them nil out of five stars. My advice to anyone booking a sea view room at Green Fort is it is likely you will not get the apartment you booked.

    Sunny beach has something for everyone, perfect for families...

    Sunny beach has something for everyone, perfect for families with sandy clean beach. Always entertainment in the evenings. Food to suit all tastes and budgets. Bulgaria is a wonderful country for a holiday. Weather is perfect from June to September. We always visit lazur Beach bar as the atmosphere, staff and location right on the beach with its own pool with the best cocktails is perfect for relaxing and is our favorite place.

    A good location for a holiday, especially in high season (weather). Attractions for adults and children. Rich tourist infrastructure (hotels, restaurants, shops). Nearby there is a tourist attraction, the historic town of Nessebar

    Sunny Beach is a lively area.

    Sunny Beach is a lively area. Plenty of entertainment in the bars. Food and drinks were very reasonable. I also visited Nessebar Old Town which is a bus ride away ( the cheapest way at around 2-3 Lev ) which is approx 20 -30mins max. Would definitely recommend visiting there. Different to Sunny Beach. Beautiful area.

    The beach was nice: width enough, fine sand, easy water...

    The beach was nice: width enough, fine sand, easy water entry, great for families with children. As improvements I would suggest to better clean the beach, and introduce beach showers. As for the rest of Sunny Beach, there are lots of things to do for all type of tourists: from water sports, amusement parks, night clubs, family activities and so on. Also, I think there are great options for all budgets.

    The Hotel that we stayed in was called Friends Family Hotel...

    The Hotel that we stayed in was called Friends Family Hotel and Pub. It was in a good location, close to restaurants and the beach. The food in the hotel had a great choice and was plentiful and great value for money. The part of Sunny Beach that we stayed was really nice. The beach itself was clean with soft sand and clear warm water. The main strip that runs along the whole beach had loads of shops, bars and restaurants so a lot to choose from. I had heard a lot of bad things about Sunny Beach so was very pleasantly surprised. The bus to Nesebar only costs 2 Lev which is less than a one pound and Nesebar Old Town is really worth a visit and definitely plan a full day as there is plenty to see and do.

    We spent 3 nights there as a hen party and the hotel had everything we needed. Nice pool and facilities around it, all-in bar, really tasty food and snacks, great location, friendly staff, young people around and music, overall great vibe. There’s also an indoor pool and a small gym. It’s a nice walk to Nessebar or to Sunny beach centre and there’s a train passing through as well. Lots of supermarkets around and Bedroom Beach club right in front of the hotel. It met our expectations.

    The apartments are in an excellent location, in the center of Sunny Beach, very close to the beach. You can use hotel services - swimming pools for free, meals for an extra charge. Our apartment had a great view of the pools and the sea. The staff is very friendly and happy to help with advice about the stay.
