There were rats or racoons in the walls, I was unable to go to bed, was very stressful. I recorded some videos demonstrating the noise.
I did not sleep there, checked out at 9 pm and gave the key back to the receptionist. She did not want to reimburse me because I had paid through booking. The receptionist told me that the owner would call me back the next day, he never did.

It's a nice place but we got charged $70 for things from the mini fridge. We didn't have anything, not even a coffee from the espresso machine because it costs money. I walked over to the Tim Hortons next door to get coffee. The mini bar was as full when we left as it was when we got there. Weve tried to talk to the manager but he doesnt "seem" to be available anytime. Perhaps they need to look at their staff.maryellenCanada - 10Scored 10
The location was excellent.
The location was excellent. All the staff that I spoke with were great: front desk, house keeping, kitchen. The breakfast was excellent with hot and cold foods. Indoor pool and gym. Would stay here again.

I stayed the night before in Toronto at a hotel 3x the price and the value was not there. The room was dirty so I asked to change the room, the parking was $40 for an overnight stay and the breakfast was not included and was a whopping $35. The Comfort in had a free breakfast that included eggs, toast, yogurt, sausage patties and a waffle maker which was great, the room was spotless, the parking was included and plentiful.
